ABOUT SARA

Growing up skiing and swimming competitively in Steamboat Springs, Colorado I developed early on a love for being active in the outdoors. Having lived in the Pacific Northwest since 2006 I have been fortunate to continue to enjoy all our surroundings offer from mountains to sound. Being a contributor to others whose ambitions are to stay active in any endeavor and live the lives they wish for to that end is why I love to do what I do. From achieving a specific goal be it a marathon, reaching a target weight or keeping up with grandkids, my main objective as a personal trainer is to help people move better and feel better to do the things they want to do without restrictions.
